Tough Mudder

About Tough Mudder

AeroShot Energy enlisted nine of our bravest blogger and editor friends to take on what is probably the toughest event on the planet… TOUGH MUDDER. To get them race-ready, we enlisted celebrity fitness trainer Michael Olajide to push their bodies to the limits for 4 grueling weeks. To make sure they have the energy to tackle the training and the race, we keep them outfitted with the AeroShot Energy they need.

Tough Mudder events are hardcore 10-12 mile obstacle courses designed by British Special Forces to test your all around strength, stamina, mental grit, and camaraderie. As the leading company in the booming obstacle course industry, Tough Mudder has already challenged half a million inspiring participants worldwide and raised more than $3 million dollars for the Wounded Warrior Project. But Tough Mudder is more than an event, it’s a way of thinking. By running a Tough Mudder challenge, you’ll unlock a true sense of accomplishment, have a great time, and discover a camaraderie with your fellow participants that’s experienced all too rarely these days.

He retired in 1990 to become the pioneer of fitness boxing, variations of which are seen in most fitness clubs worldwide.

Currently, Michael choreographs fight scenes for major motion pictures including Ali (starring Will Smith) and Miami Vice (starring Jamie Foxx and Colin Farrell), both directed by Michael Mann, and The Black Dahlia (starring Josh Hartnett, Scarlett Johanssen, Hillary Swank and Aaron Eckhart), directed by Brian De Palma.
